Production desicription:

Black masterbatch uses carbon black as its main ingredient. It is mixed with a resin carrier and dispersing agents. This mixing is done through processes like injection molding and extrusion. Black masterbatch is mainly used to color plastic products.This material has a cylindrical appearance. Its heat resistance relies on the carrier resin. For example, if the carrier resin is PVC or PE, it can stand temperatures of 160-180°C. If the carrier resin is PP or PA, it can handle temperatures over 280°C.
The Carbon Master Batch has high blackness. It also has high gloss. Besides, it disperses easily. This easy dispersion helps cut down color spots and streaks when in use.The production process of this Carbon Master Batch causes no pollution. It meets related environmental standards.

Regarding coloring requirements, garbage bags often use PE (such as LDPE and LLDPE) or PP as substrates. Some substrates may exhibit color variations and impurity spots. Black masterbatch, with its 25%-40% carbon black content, effectively and evenly covers these imperfections. This not only addresses cosmetic issues caused by substrate imperfections but also prevents the bag's contents from leaking out, meeting privacy protection needs in homes, offices, and commercial settings. It has become a mainstream coloring option for both residential and commercial garbage bags. At the same time, high-quality black masterbatch also has a performance-modifying effect. Some models are compounded with toughening agents or dispersants to improve the molecular arrangement of the base resin, enhance the tear resistance of the garbage bag, and reduce the risk of cracks when loading and unloading heavy objects; the high-structure carbon black can absorb ultraviolet rays and delay the aging of the PE/PP base material, so that the sanitation garbage bags used outdoors are not easy to become brittle and crack under the sun and rain, thereby extending their service life. The addition of dispersants can also reduce the flow resistance of the resin melt, help the film blowing process to proceed smoothly, reduce crystal points and stripes on the film surface, and ensure that the thickness of the garbage bags is uniform.
